How to report a koala sighting

Please report all koala sightings on the Mid Coast Council website: midcoast.nsw.gov.au

Report a koala sighting
Help us conserve and better understand our koala populations by reporting sightings of koalas. Understanding the nature of our local koala populations and better understanding the range of threats affecting them will be critical to conserving the species into the future.
Sick and unwell Koalas
If the Koala that you are reporting appears to be injured or unwell, please report it immediately to the relevant Koala Care Provider;
  • Koalas In Care 0439 406 770
  • Wildlife In Need Of Care 1300 946 245
