The free koala food tree giveaway on Saturday 26th February in Tea Gardens was a success.
Eighty seedlings from MidCoast Council were given away outside the Hunter Providore shop on the Industrial Estate, mostly dwarfparramattensis and some coastal wattle and Lomandra. Some native seedlings donated to the group were also handed out.
Thank you to everyone taking trees home to be planted and for the generous donations and raffle tickets sold on the day.
And a special thanks to the volunteers who gave up their Saturday morning to help.
